Documents Required for Child's Passport Application in Malaysia:

• A complete set of the four-page online application form.
• A photocopy of the Bangladeshi birth certificate and a copy of the online verification.
• Ensure that the place of birth on the Bangladesh birth registration is recorded as Malaysia.
• A copy of both parents' passports and visas.
• An attested copy of the marriage certificate or the parents' marriage certificate.
• One passport-size photograph of the child.
• For children below 3 years of age, provide one 3R/4R photograph.
• One passport-size photograph of each parent.
• Children must be accompanied by their parents during the application process.
