1. Visa Approval Process:
It is important to note that the decision to approve or reject a visa is solely at the discretion of the consulate. ESKL is not involved in the decision-making process and holds no responsibility for delays, approvals, or rejections. Consulates reserve the right to request additional documentation and reject visa applications.
2. Document Handling:
While ESKL takes reasonable precautions in handling applicant documents, it cannot be held responsible for documents lost in transit due to accidents, theft, natural calamities, or circumstances beyond its control. This disclaimer also applies to documents handed directly to the applicant.
3. Delivery Services:
The dispatch acceptance and delivery service for returning documents are operated by a third-party vendor. ESKL neither controls nor operates any courier services and disclaims liability for any loss or damage caused by the courier company.
4. Limitation of Liability:
ESKL and its representatives shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or otherwise, including damages resulting from the loss or damage of passports. In the event of a lost or damaged passport, ESKL’s liability is limited to reimbursing the Consulate's replacement fees.
5. Postal and Courier Services:
ESKL disclaims any liability for delays, losses, or damages to visa applications, passports, or other documents during the possession of third-party postal or courier services.
6. Service Charges:
Service charges, once received by ESKL through negotiable instruments, are non-refundable, regardless of whether the desired visa is granted by the Consulate. Bank charges are to be borne by the applicants.
7. Advertising:
Advertising material may accompany returned documents. Applicants wishing to exclude such material must inform ESKL in advance at the time of document submission.
8. Contractual Changes:
ESKL reserves the right to change, modify, cancel, or withdraw any or all of the terms mentioned in this document without prior notice.
9. Governing Laws and Jurisdiction:
These agreements are governed by the laws of the country of operation. The applicant agrees that any claims or disputes regarding services provided by ESKL shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of the country in which ESKL operates.
By submitting the visa application, the applicant and/or their representative acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms, conditions, and details outlined in this document.
