When applying for your visa, ESKL may offer the services outlined below. The availability of these services is contingent upon the approval of the Government of the Country you intend to visit, and they may not be accessible in all countries.
Applicants are required to book an appointment to attend the application centre. During the scheduling of the appointment, applicants will need to provide their application reference number and/or specific personal details, including family name, given name, date of birth, phone number, email address, application date, and passport number, to uniquely identify themselves.
All information submitted by the applicant while scheduling an appointment will be transmitted to the Diplomatic Mission with the authority to process such applications.
Currently, certain data and information concerning visa applications received by ESKL are stored/hosted at data centre(s), and further details can be found in our Privacy Notice.
The Short Messaging Service ('SMS') is employed to notify applicants of their appointment confirmation. The content of the SMS is generated from the information supplied by the applicant during the appointment scheduling process.
The delivery time of the SMS is contingent on various factors, including mobile network traffic and the accessibility and activation status of the visa applicant's mobile phone. ESKL cannot guarantee the delivery of SMS text messages as it is not a mobile network operator.
The applicant affirms that they have supplied a correct mobile number for receiving SMS. They also confirm that they are the rightful owner or legitimate user of the mobile device or phone. The applicant recognizes that utilizing another individual's mobile phone, providing an incorrect mobile phone number, or the unauthorized use of a mobile phone number for receiving SMS may result in the disclosure of the applicant's confidential information, and such disclosure is solely at the risk of the applicant.
The applicant is prohibited from using the SMS service, or permitting any third party to use it, for sending messages or communications that are considered spam, illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, obscene, menacing, or causing annoyance, inconvenience, or needless anxiety, or infringing upon the rights of third parties. ESKL reserves the right to revoke the SMS service from an applicant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions. Furthermore, ESKL may withdraw the SMS services if, in its sole discretion, it suspects that the SMS service is being utilized for such purposes.
For operational reasons, ESKL may modify the technical specifications of the SMS services without prior notice. In the event of any changes to the SMS services, these terms and conditions are to be considered as adjusted accordingly.
The applicant acknowledges that the SMS services may be adversely affected at any time due to issues with the applicant's mobile phone network, force majeure events, including but not limited to interference with network coverage. ESKL is not responsible or liable to the applicant for any loss, damage, or expenses incurred directly or indirectly as a result of any difficulties experienced by the visa applicant's mobile phone service provider. Within the limitations outlined in this paragraph, ESKL will conduct the services with reasonable care and skill.
If the applicant does not receive SMS services, they should promptly notify ESKL through email or the Helpline numbers provided on our contact us page.
The applicant, at their sole risk, is responsible for taking all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to the services.
ESKL, at its sole discretion, may temporarily suspend the provision of SMS services if such action could significantly impact the quality of any telecommunications service, including the SMS services provided by ESKL.
ESKL explicitly disclaims all liability, including negligence, concerning any third-party information or material made available through or accessible using SMS text services.
These terms and conditions are governed by the law of the country of operation, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country of operation.

ESKL has become aware that certain individuals, falsely presenting themselves as agents or representatives of ESKL, are approaching individuals to offer fraudulent or fictitious employment opportunities. Their aim is to unlawfully obtain personal information or solicit money from unsuspecting individuals. ESKL strongly advises applicants and users to exercise caution and use common sense when encountering such employment offers that require payment of fees or promise a work visa in exchange for money. These offers are entirely fraudulent and invalid. It's important to note that ESKL is not a recruitment agency and does not provide recruitment services. Scammers typically operate through various channels such as the internet, email, and phone. ESKL cautions people to be vigilant against such scams.
ESKL emphasizes that it is a passport and visa processing company that collaborates exclusively with government and diplomatic missions to fulfill their passport and visa application processing requirements. Neither ESKL nor its representatives will request money from individuals under any circumstances to entice them with employment opportunities, either within or outside of ESKL. Any offer claiming to be from ESKL that requests money is fraudulent.
Indicators of recruitment fraud include:
These actions are likely intended to defraud or gather personal information from victims. Therefore, if applicants or users receive any written or verbal requests for interviews or job offers that seem fraudulent or suspicious, ESKL urges them to disregard such requests and verify the legitimacy with ESKL directly.
Additionally, please remain vigilant against individuals falsely claiming to be ESKL employees. There have been instances where these individuals approach customers entering buildings housing our Application Centre, attempting to extract payment before allowing them to proceed to our offices.
It is important to note that customers will never be asked for a cash payment at the entry point of any building where our offices are located. Appointments and services are either prepaid online or settled during the actual appointment within ESKL offices.
If you encounter such incidents, please promptly report them to ESKL at info@expatserviceskl.com
ESKL treats these matters with utmost seriousness and will engage local law enforcement to investigate and prosecute any illegal activities brought to our attention.
ESKL expressly disclaims any liability or responsibility for losses, damages, expenses, or inconvenience resulting from unauthorized individuals or activities.
