LOST PASSPORT

If a Bangladeshi citizen has lost their Machine Readable Passport (MRP) but can furnish a copy of the lost MRP with unchanged information, they are eligible to apply for a new passport using the details from the lost one.

1. Must book an appointment to visit the Passport Application Centre. You can visit either www.expatserviceskl.com or contact our help desk.
2. Kindly visit the application centre on the scheduled day of your appointment and ensure that you have all the necessary documents with you.
3. The application form must be completed at the application centre by a designated officer in the presence of the applicant.
4. Make the relevant payment exclusively at the application centre (please make sure to obtain the receipt, as it is necessary for passport collection).
5. Proceed with the enrollment of your biometric data.
6. Retrieve your passport at the nearest post office once the process is complete.

1. Filled-up MRP application form. Download here.
2. Passport size photograph (Not Mandatory).
3. Police Report
4. Current passport photocopy (Page 2-3).
5. Current visa page photocopy.
